#12: Do You Believe in Entropy?

Do you believe in entropy?

A pointless momentum

drives and steers

or does it

hide its tears

Grandparents

Jane

Joe

Jean

Bill

Faught in wars

Nursed the sick

But still,

Though

We are weak

From them we are

To them

What do they see?

Entropy

A pointless momentum

We seek

Ripe oranges

Pipes leak

A promotion

Just a tweak

There

Just a tweak

Here

As if happiness

Is something to

fear

It can't

Be

This

Bleak

It can't hide in our identities

Entropy is loud with

Obscenities

Desire is not purpose

Energy is not entropy

None of which is

Maliscious

Stand up

With gratitude

Make this

Your attitude

Honor without pride

Purpose without mite

Pointless momentum

out

of

sight

Do you believe in entropy?

You have the human right.
